Audience Feedback
For our audience feedback we created a questionnaire to find out what things make a good music video to them and what they think a pop music video included. The questions we included were
- What genre of music do you like
- List some of your favourite music videos
- What do you like about these videos
- What score would you give our idea
- What features would you like to see in our video

Digipak
The spine of the digipak is again a continuous theme to the front cover, it is the same picture as the front cover and again the pink colours represent what the song in our music video is about. I have included the artists name and the recording company so the audience are able to read it with ease.
The CD I designed is a simple but bold look, i decided to put red lips on the cd as it is our artists trademark and star image. This again hints at the audience what they can identify and remember the artist for. The colour is also sticking with the theme of the digipak and the song theme.

Back Cover
My final design for the back cover is a little simple in comparison to the front cover but it still relates as I have used the same colour for the font (red). The track list is also in simple font as when I researched digipaks I found that the back of the artists albums had very simple font for the track list as it is easy for the audience to read and is very clear. The back cover consists of everything a digipak is meant to, it includes a barcode, the recording company and the producers. I faded the original picture to make the font and track list clearer to the audience but to also give that sense of mystery so again keeping the theme with the front cover

Front Cover
My final digipak front cover design is based on showing the bright colours and the lipstick the artist is wearing to make her identifiable with the audience. I used this image to create a sense of mystery within the artist as to what can be expected from the album. I made the red and pink colours brighter to make them stand out and to show that the colours are in relation to the song which is about heartbreak and love which these colours represent

Website Research
As soon as you click onto Rudimental website all that comes up is there name with tabs running along underneath it. The tabs include news/blog, live, videos , music and store, along side the tabs they have links to all social media such as Spotify and sound cloud which lets the fans access their music and links to twitter and Facebook to allow fans to communicate with the band and follow their movements. Along the bottom they have a tab to allow fans to sign up to the site to receive emails about Rudimental.
The news/blog tab shows where they will be performing and on what dates and also lets you see what Rudimental and their fans have been saying. Clicking on the Live tab allows fans to buy tickets for upcoming performances and diverts you to a ticket site, on the videos tab fans are able to view all the videos they have made and also the most recent one so they are promoting it. The music tab allows fan to listen to music they have released.
The store tab takes you onto another page and the style of the page is consisitent with the home page as it is staying with the similar colours and fonts. The merchandise they offer are clothing and accessories such as bags, there are no pictures of rudimental or information about them this may be because there are a band that are more focused on the music rather than a 'brand' like other artists such as pop artists. The navigation is easy and simple to use however it seems a bit to simple

Website Research
On the home screen of Madonna's website there is a large picture of her that the reader cannot miss on the picture there is writing saying 'Rebel Heart Tour' which is her recent tour as she has recently released a new album, so immediately we see that the website is focusing on promotion.
On the top left of the screen there is a tab with a list of choices to choose from, there is tours, news, album, community. This allows the reader to have immediate access to Madonna and for fans to buy merchandise, see when she is on tour and also if you click on the community tab it leads to a forum where fans can discuss Madonna.
On the top of the home screen it has various tabs which are related with signing up to the site and the newsletter it also offers fans a chance to download the Madonna mobile app which is again promotion, they also offer a long list of social media links to Madonna such as twitter, Instagram, Facebook and her YouTube channel.
As you scroll down the page the first thing that is shown is her live twitter feed and instagram posts, we then see large images of Madonna promoting her tour allowing the fans to read more about when the tour starts and where she will be performing, then below Madonna's new single 'Living For Love' is being promoted on one side the remix and the other is telling the fans to watch the video.
As we scroll down we receive more information about Madonna rather than promotion, the site is telling us to follow her on snap chat which is a new social media craze, it also shows us a link to a statement from Madonna after a incident that happened involving a hacker, which allows the fans to feel like they have a personal connection with her.
The style of the site is very consistent throughout the site with only slight changes such as pictures, the site allows fans to buy merchandise such as clothes and music it also offers fans a chance to sign up to her newsletter and also be able to watch her new music. the navigation around the site is very simple and easy to use.

Influential Websites
As soon as you click on Ariana's website before you can scroll and view the site a pop up of her new music video is put on the screen giving the opportunity for the reader to view it before entering the site. From this I can see that they are focused on promotion.
On the home screen there is a large picture of the artist just placed under the navigation bar, the large image is the cover of the most recent album she has released 'My Everything' again focusing on promotion it also offers tabs to click on to download the album from iTunes or android. I like the idea of using the album cover on the website as the fans notice it as soon as they click on the site.
As you scroll down we see a long list of all of her tours coming up dating all the down until June, they also have a ticket tab along side the tour date which is linked to a ticket site. It then shows the latest news surrounding Ariana including her recent interviews on the television and her most recent performances. Below that her music section then appears which allows the fans to listen to every tack off of her album, it then offers videos of behind the scenes and her past music videos. At the bottom of the page are her most recent tweets showing tweets to fans and what she is getting up to.
The tabs at the top allow fans to sign in or register to the site, they offer links to her social media sites such as twitter, Facebook and YouTube. The tabs take you to each section on the home page so they don't lead to another page, the store and tours tab are the only ones that lead you to another page. The merchandise the website offers are the artists most recent album offering the original and the deluxe album, it also offers a chance to buy bundles that come with music and a t-shirt.

As soon as the home page comes up there is a series of large images of the artist the first image is of Taylor with the name of her new single written across in clear font, it offers the fans a chance to watch the music video of the new single b clicking on a button below, the second image is a different image of Taylor and its is promoting her new upcoming world tour it offers the opportunity to buy tickets, the third image is a picture of Taylors album '1989' which was recently released and it is offering fans the chance to buy it.
As you scroll down there are various images of Taylor that have been taken when she is on tour, out with her friends and at award shows I like this as it makes fans feel they have a personal connection with the star and this is important especially with Pop artists as the majority of their fans are young. The pictures also are a continuous theme from the album, as in the album there are personal photos. Below there is information given about what Taylor has recently won or where she has performed this is updating the fans. At the very bottom of the page there are links to Taylors social media site and the chance to follow her on twitter.
At the top of the page it offers the fans a chance to sign up to the website so they can receive regular emails about Taylor. There is an 'about' tab that lets fans read what she has won and how she has become a global superstar. The other tabs include news, media, events, music, Taylor connect and store. Media tabs offers fans a chance to watch all of Taylors performances and music videos she has made, events tab allows fans to see where she will be preforming on what date, it also links to a ticket website, the music tab allows fans to listen to all of her albums and also along with the lyrics. 'Taylor Connect' allows all fans to chat with each other about Taylors new music and events.
The store has everything from clothing to phone cases, some of the merchandise are related to the music so they have the title of the song printed on the front.
The style of the website is consistent throughout and doesn't change drastically, the colours are light colours with the use of white, blue, pink and red. The red colour is a must for the website as Taylor is associated with wearing red lipstick.

Influential Website
Before you can enter the website, a pop up is shown and it is promoting Katy Perry's latest world tour 'prismatic' so they are immediately putting the idea into the fans minds. The style of the website is in relation to her album 'Prism' , there are logos in the shape of a prism and tabs further down the page in the shape of a prism.
On the top right there is a little icon which allows viewers to listen to her music while browsing the website which I feel is a really effective way of keeping people looking on the site. The background of the website are close ups of Katy some of which are images from her album, as you scroll down the page the pictures gradually change in the background but you can always see Katy as you scroll down.
There is promotions of her music all throughout the homepage with the hash tag of her single 'this is how we do' and telling fans to buy the new album. As you get to the bottom of the page there are tweets shown that Katy has made which is promoting her social media and there is also another promotion opportunity for her world tour. The style of the website is very girly and you can see the relation to the album which Is very important the writing is very clear and simple for the audience to read.
On the top right of the page there are links to all of Katy's social media sites such as instagram and twitter, there is also the menu placed next to it so the fans can easily navigate around the site, the menu includes news, music, video, events, images, updates and store. The news provides fans with information about what she has been nominated for, where she will be performing etc. The music, video and events all include what you would expect but what is unique about the site is that there is an images tab which provide fans with backstage images of all the music videos she has done. The site also allows fans to receive updates via email.
The link to go to the store takes you onto a separate page but the style is still continuous and very girly, all the merchandise being sold are in relation to her new album such as clothing, music and accessories.
